I am considering listing our home fsbo in north Houston. My only concern is getting foot traffic thru the MLS or on har. Does anyone have experience getting a home on har by doing fsbo? I'm not opposed to paying a buyers agent fee, but would like to save the sellers agent fees. Any recommendations for advertising the listing would be greatly appreciated. Merry Christmas!

Look into flat fee listings. Rather than paying a full 3% to the listing agent you could potentially pay a few hundred bucks to get an MLS listing. I do a version of a flat fee but it's still full brokerage rep so I don't do it for a few hundred bucks but there are companies that do. Feel free to call or email me if interested in what I do. Contact info and web address can be found by clicking the link below (if looking on a computer). Best of luck!

Forsalebyowner.com has options to list through their website on zillow and trulia.

I see this ladies name occasionally. There was a larger operation out of ft worth but I couldn't find it. He may have left Houston.

I do flat fee listings. I'm a local Houston Ag and I'll be competitive on rates.
