Anyone have pros, cons, success stories, horror stories, $.02 about Lifestyles? Thanks!

It's been discussed on here from time to time. My 2 cents is they rank among the best REICs. Others have expressed some reservations about the pitches to join the Preferred Investment Group reserved for those with much more cash to invest.

If somebody local asked me about REICs, I'd point them to y'all at BRIC first.

great for networking. A ton of serious investors there with deep pockets. As for serious investors I think its the best group around.

Now if you are looking to get into investing and think there is some secret you will learn its not that hard. Buy a house at a good price. Have good contractors. Pick a good tenant to lease it out.
