I'm certain this topic comes up quite often but the search function wouldn't function properly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I did mine through Texas A&M Commerce and their affiliate. It was online and easy. I do my MCE with them as well.

Champions is great. But I highly recommend taking the short drive to Houston, San Antonio, or Dallas to go to some of the classes in person. The instructors are awesome, and you learn so much more!!

Champions was great, online wasnt available at my time but i utilized their correspondence program. Also, they have good continuing ed options.

I do recommend even if you do online or correspondence that you take the 1 or 2 day "exam prep" before you sit for the test in person. I took it the weekend before i took the test on a monday, and did it again as a refresher before my broker exam.

I took all of my licensing courses in person. I felt that I would be more engaged than if I took them online. I would suggest looking for night or weekend live courses.

If you are bent and determined to go the online route, I believe Kaplan is the preferred course provider for the Texas Association of Realtors. (Disclaimer: I am pretty sure they paid a good bit of money for that spot.)
