Why does our schedule seem to be missing 5-6 games?

We've played 25; everyone else has 30-31. Is there a reason for this? 20-11 would sound better 14-11…

No good reason. Bad job of scheduling. Some of us have been screaming about this all season. It's gonna bite us.

What if we're playing well right now because we have 6-7 games less on our legs than everyone else

(But yeah it's hard to justify a team with 5 or 6 less wins getting in, why would they incentivize teams with less wins, that would hurt the sport

Conversely, what if we had more non-conference games and we hit this current stride 6-7 games sooner?

They couldn't schedule games because the AD did not want to buy games from small and mid-major D-1s, didn't want to throw money away, and I don't blame him, but the bad stretch in their program, where people wanted to shut down the program, is why Trev was saving EVERY PENNY to fire and hire a new WBB Coach

I think this run bought her another year for sure. I can't see anything happening with the staff after closing so well (even if it doesn't end in an NCAA invite).

Yeah that makes the most sense rather than 5-6 directional schools all deciding they didn't want the payout that helped balance their books.
