Does anybody use ZoomInfo for sales? Thinking of doing so for our manufacturing business. Would love any feedback you might have.

We do. What questions do you have?

How do you utilize it? Do you think the information is current and useful?

Generally our sales team will login to the system using a shared login (so we don't have to pay for more seat licenses). They use it to prospect for new customers, find alternate contacts, or add contact emails/phones for accounts they're having trouble breaking into.

There's data is generally good but occasionally dated. There are fields to show when the data was last updated.

There's more that we could be doing with it, and don't maximize our credits. It's pretty pricy, but could be worth it, especially for a database upgrade.

I'm in metal manufacturing (selling parts to defense contractors) do you think it could be useful for us? We're a small business.

Do you integrate it with a CRM?

We don't integrate it to our CRM yet, but are aware that we could.

I'd say it could be most useful for b2b businesses with large quantities of potential customers and contacts vs a small quantity of potential customers where the decision makers are known.

I'd do some research on places like Reddit to see the best discounts and pricing plans available

Personally, I wish it didnt exist... but I'm the buyer and not the seller. Its been loaded with my personal, not professional, information and I can't get Zoominfo to remove the personal private contact info.

Most sellers that reach me through it are fighting an almost unwinnable uphill battle because of my negative bias toward Zoominfo.
