Generally our sales team will login to the system using a shared login (so we don't have to pay for more seat licenses). They use it to prospect for new customers, find alternate contacts, or add contact emails/phones for accounts they're having trouble breaking into.
There's data is generally good but occasionally dated. There are fields to show when the data was last updated.
There's more that we could be doing with it, and don't maximize our credits. It's pretty pricy, but could be worth it, especially for a database upgrade.
