Any recommendations for someone in Austin? I would like an all in one shop to do estate planning, and tax planning mostly. Wills/Trusts. Protect my business, etc. Protect my assets and protect my kids when they inherit it. I don't mind paying $$$ but they have to know what they are doing.

I am not looking for someone to tell me how to invest my money.

Probably need to give a very rough range of assets to differentiate between asset protection and tax minimization. If it is north of $75 million, you should go with one of the bigger groups like Baker Botts (they're certainly a top group in Texas for this). If it is lower than that but above maybe $20 million, you should go with someone like Pfizer Beck in Houston (not sure who in Austin).

If it is under $20 million, you can probably just go with an Aggie contact that will be recommended later. But if it is substantial, you want someone with real experience dealing with the IRS and heirship claims.

My parents had good luck with Kelly Kocurek here in Austin. My Dad had just gone through my grandmother's passing in Pennsylvania and had a horrible time dealing with probate there. He wanted to avoid all of those problems here in Texas when he and my Mom are gone. Kelly was great explaining things in simple terms to make sure it wouldn't be a hassle for my sister and me when they were gone. And for reference, they were < $20 million.
