After ten years at the same company, I was let go a couple of weeks ago. I worked for a real estate firm that developed and built hotels, among other things.

I recently built three hotels. Two of them finished on time, one was a few months late, but they all made money.

I am wanting to start my own hotel building company. Does anyone have any good lawyer contacts I could speak with to help set up this new venture?

What are you looking to do? Just set up some entities, or are you trying to raise capital? Also, what's your rough budget and where are you located?

I am looking to be a third-party general contractor that builds extended stay hotels. I am looking to set up the company. I am located in Dallas but could build anywhere in Texas. Not opposed to raise capital either though.

If you're in the market for teaming up with Architectural teams for design assistance, I'd love to chat. Located in Fort Worth.

Thank you. I am not really looking to be an owner/developer at this time and therefore wouldn't need to engage an architect.

I started an in-house general contractor with the firm I was with so now I'm just looking to go out on my own as a GC.

I have a couple of outstanding attorneys in the Dallas area that specialize in this type of work I'd be happy to refer you to ... drop me an email when you have a chance and I'll make those introductions if you'd like.

Tried to send you a DM but it's not allowing me. I am a business insurance broker in DFW and I have a few recommendations for you.

Tried to DM as well but no luck. I can help and probably need to take all of y'all to lunch.
