Trying to get some info to help some family members on current average rate for net mineral acres on Oil and Gas Leases in Lea County New Mexico.

Any advice or guidance on finding out what are reasonable going rates? I have more details I can share or DM.

If you are independently looking into it, the minerals are unlikely to be particularly valuable so I wouldn't get your hopes up. If you have been approached by unsolicited offers then that may be a different story.

No surface. 50% minerals. 320 acres
