Cross posted from Metroplex board - I am looking for recs for an IRS attorney. DFW-based is preferred but ultimately not required. The issue is personal tax related but heavily intertwined with the business side, as we are business owners in a complex but resolvable situation. Thanks in advance.

He was a US DOJ prosecutor for the IRS and now a tax defense lawyer. He understands both sides. Worked with him about 15 years ago.
