When do the banks open?

In austin and have accounts at two different banks. Neither has a location with an open lobby. Any idea when they will get back to work? Thanks!

Likely during phase II. Going to be a real issue if people are still wearing masks.

Many banks are open by appointment only to come into the lobby. I don't know your bank, so it could be different. I would call and ask if you can make an appointment.

This. My job is helping banks out and almost every single one I've talked to is appointment only for customers. Some say you can even call if you're outside and get an appointment right then and there, but you just can't walk in yet.
