Do y'all have any recommendations for home and auto insurance?

Mine is up for renewal and I need to shop it around.

I'm looking for a mix of good price AND good service in case of a claim.

I've dealt with an auto accident through GEICO and was very underwhelmed with the service they provide...

This. I've been with Liere for a while now and one morning, about 3 months ago, I emailed him about my auto insurance rate going up. He called me back that afternoon and found better rates for both home and auto and had all the paperwork ready for me to sign.
