My husband and I are moving to Pittsburgh. We were looking for the best places to live in the city. Any help is much appreciated.

been up here a year so probably not as much help as others who have been here longer. anyways, the north hills, cranberry, wexford areas are nice. good schools too. mt lebanon is good too from what i've been told. if you are working by the airport or in downtown, don't go east of the squirrel hill tunnel. south side is nice to visit for the bars but get the hell out as soon as you leave. you'll get numb to hearing about crime in homewood in about a week or 2. best bet though is to avoid the tunnels if possible. traffic is always backed up around them
