Thinking about driving up for a game from Temple Texas. Suggestions on a good place to stay that is nice, near the ballpark, but won't cost an arm and a leg?

There's a Drury Inn and a Pear Tree Inn by Drury at Union Station which is within walking distance of the stadium (also close to Metro if you don't want to walk). Union Station has a mall and good eating/drinking establishments for nightlife.
