What hotels do you suggest?

There will be a group of 10-12 of us.

We're going 10/19-10/21.

Palms is great with the Ghost bar and Playboy club in house.

Belagio. Go pick up some ****s and get into Light free.

Will be there at the same time with a group of guys. I'm told that Bally's is the frontrunner right now, but I've never stayed there so I can't comment on how it is.

Bally's is our front runner right now too.

We get there a day before you so I'll be the guy drowning my sorrows after gambling away my entire savings the night before.

(Positive thoughts haven't worked in the past so I'm trying a new karma approach.)

That would be a good place is you were going to a 73 year old's bachelor party.

If you want to be in the center of the strip, at least stay at Bellagio or Ceasars.

I think price is the prohibitive concern for some of our group. My first choice was Caesar's.

If price and location is the concern, go for Imperial Palace

Homos....I ran into the same crap planning a friend’s party in Vegas. If you want to be Mike in Swingers then go to Bally's. If you want to be Trent then stay at Mandalay. I ended up talking sense into the homos in my group and they all complained about the price also. No one remembers the price now but they all talk about the fun they had at a non-geriatric casino.

Hard Rock and the Palms would be fun...plenty of tail and *hores at both.

Mandalay is even better than both...better tail and *hores, more night clubs, they have a casino at the wave pool, plus they have a clothing optional pool.

If you move your trip to the next weekend you can enjoy all the Halloween parties.

Whoever suggested Bally's is incredibly lame. I would rescind their invite.

I'm amazed at how much people here care about location. I go to Vegas frequently and have stayed all over, if I'm there with guys I don't care where I am outside of location on the strip. If you're saving money, Balley's or similar is fine. If you want to spend money, Wynn, Bellagio, Caesar's, MGM, Mandalay. If you're willing to stay off strip Palms or Hard Rock.

I agree. Once you have been to Vegas more than a couple times location is not important.

Rndomtask, your comparison is horrible because Mikey was so effing money and he didn't even know it. you'd actually be saying that bally's would be the better play.

Mikey was a choad in the beginning! Trent was going to score with the chicks the first night until Mikey messed it up!

The comparison was that Bally's is similar to the Stardust...the beautiful babies do not work midnight to six on Wednesday. But more appropriate for this thread is that the beautiful babies/*hores do not hang out at Bally's.

I really like Mandalay Bay. The Island Bar there is a very active place to observe the oldest profession. Me and some guys from Arizona were making bets on which girls would "close the deal". Some of the girls noticed us making bets and came over to plead their case "That guy didn't have money" or "That guy had the ghey". Anyway, it was a lot of fun.

By the way, the shark aquarium at Mandalay Bay is incredible. Basically many species of sharks are swimming all around you (above, below, on each side, etc.).

and i agree with your assessment. i would never stay at bally's for a bachelor party. it would have to be belagio, mandalay, hard rock, palms...maybe caesar's.

Well you are not going to get into the Pool at the Hard Rock unless you are a guest or it is Sunday. Those that have not spent time at the pools, stayed at cheap as places

Hell no.

I can't count how many times I've been to Vegas, I've stayed all of the strip, never once had any interest in going to a pool.

I'm in Vegas to gamble and drink.

How old are you?

If you are going to Vegas for a Bachelor Party, going where women are could be a factor. Lots of younger people hangout at the pools and the Beach at the Hard Rock is probably the best to party at.

If you have never been to the pools at the Hard Rock and The Palms, you have not truly experienced Vegas.

I'm going for a bachelor party in January so pools will be out of the question. I was wondering if anyone on here has done any of the packages that include a limo, vip entrance and bottle service to a strip club, and then vip entrance and bottle service at a club? I see there are a lot of websites that offer stuff like that. Has anyone tried any of these before or do they have any suggestions?

Talk to a Concierge at possible hotels you may stay at. Usually they hook-me up for free into VIP. Have to still pay for the bottle, but the gals at the hotel will help you out.

No one I go with has interest in the pool. I'd consider going, depending on the length of my trip. Typically I play poker 12-16 hours/day, drink a few hours, possibly hit the Rhino.

I've played poker for about 12 hours straight when I was on a casino trip just to gamble. If you're there for a bachelor party and play 12 hours of poker straight you have major social problems. Go out and try and meet some poosy and go to the clubs.

Been there for one bachelor party, played way less poker, played a little with all the guys.

It was the bachelors first time in Vegas so we did a lot of walking around the strip showing him all the different hotels. Did a lot of drinking. Hit up Spearmint Rhino.
