Nicest?

Well, it wasn't the nicest, but the best hotel ever was in Aguas Calientes, Peru after a 14 day hike through the Andes. I think I spent a good hour in the shower.

The Omni International at Interlocken, CO.

Havent' stayed at many uber-nice places though.

The Hyatt in Chicago was decent.

Hotel des Trois Couronnes on Lake Geneva in Vevey, Switzerland. It didn't suck.
