Tell me about San Pedro/Ambergris Caye. After extensive research to do the Caymans, with flights (SW has crazy routes too) and stay it's just too expensive without including food. Youngest kid will be 5 1/2. They love the beach/snorkeling, sand castles, 5-6 days- go!
