There's a group of restaurants on International Drive just past the Hyatt with a Capital Grill, Maggionos, and a bunch of other options. I like the British pub right behind The Capital Grill for a quick low key bite.

Try Sickies Garage for Burgers
Hide Tide Harry's for seafood if you can go out a bit further.

Otherwise basically chains near the convention center area

There's a small chain called Hash House a Go Go.
Breakfast all day…huge portions too. It's about 5 miles from convention center

Rocco's Tacos is nearby off sand lake road. Coco Thai on I drive is good. Other than that you have to get off I drive. Le Cafe De Paris on Dr Philips Blvd is good, too.
