Obviously I know to do a full advertising spread we need to buy something, but I wanted possibly start a thread offering last minute deals for Ags. I know a lot of us own rental properties and they aren't always taken, so I was considering offering last minute specials and Ag only discounts when there are openings.

As an example, our place in Port Aransas has not been leased for Presidents Day weekend next weekend and I'd be happy to offer it up to a fellow TexAg'er for a deep discount.

There should be a market for an app for those of us that have rental/VRBO/airBnB where we can swap rentals sort of like timeshares do.

I was wondering the same thing. I've got a place in Costa Rica that's open for Spring Break (well, for some), 08MAR-16MAR.

I post my Crystal Beach place here from time to time. I just try to keep it to a minimum, and nobody other than a few self-appointed forum police seem to mind. I do think we should start a thread.

And as far a staff goes with paid advertising, my place takes an operating loss every year. It would be tough to call it a business.
