The Quebec Winter Carnival is firmly on my radar. I was eyeing it as a possible destination Presidents Day weekend in 2026.

Obviously a bit early to make firm plans, but I was wondering if any of you have been and your thoughts.

Last month, we were on a cruise that terminated in Quebec City. From what little we saw, it was nice (we caught a train to Montreal after we exited the ship).

My only recommendation...download French onto your cell phone as you'll need it.
