Has anyone used them for airline travel? Is this some type of scam or is it an actual business?

I've tried them for business class tickets to India.

They don't listen to what your request is. I have a multi city trip coming up and they kept booking me round trip.

It's all about the lowest price, but they won't tell you about the details that affect that. I wanted pods, but they snuck me into a Lufthansa set up with lay flat only.

They will badger the ever loving **** out of you.

At the end of the day, I was getting the same deal as them via the carrier website.
