I linked my wife & kids accounts to mine but on the website it shows 0 miles pooled. How do I pull in their miles to my pool?

You have to contribute miles to the pool. Go to pool, and click add miles.

Oh gotcha, thanks. I thought it automatically combined everyone's miles together.
