Spent the first part of Spring Break at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. Even for a high capacity week it did not feel crowded. Great option for a family resort, lots of options for food. One thing to note is kids club runs from 9-5 PM with no evening option.

Our room was a Dolphin View room which was great waking up to see the Dolphins and beach. The beaches on one side of the hotel are calm on the other you are able to boogie board . My contact info is in my bio to answer any questions.
