I think its interesting. I just have a hard time envisioning that people will fly there for beach with brown water.

Yeah. I don't think it's a bad idea simply for houstonians wanting an easily accessible beach house.

But the airstrip is laughable. Nobody is going through the process of getting on a private plane and flying here when 30 more minutes and they could be in Florida….
