Does anyone have any experience staying there in the fall? We'd like to take our kids (5 yr old twins) there for a weekend in November and was wondering if the pools, etc are open then? Heated?

I know nothing about the place, or any other recs for resort similar in TX that would be good for a weekend trip that time of year with plenty for them to do?

we went in October a few years back (pre covid) and none of the pools waterpark stuff was open

Stayed in February. Water slides were open but water was cold. Hot tub was packed as a result.

We went last October and everything was open. Best to call them to make sure.

I was there a few weeks ago with the family and we loved it. We'll definitely go back. But no idea what it's like in November. Even if the water is heated I doubt its very comfortable.
