Which one would you stay at and why?

Whichever is cheaper. I honestly couldn't tell you the difference on the inside.

Assuming we are talking about Vegas, I would pass on both and pay more elsewhere. Now, if you are a broke student or new grad, I would probably lean Harrah's, though they are pretty much the same. The Flamingo is pretty cheap now too and only slightly reeks of decades of cigarettes.

I was in Vegas in May last year, Flamingo has undergone a lot of renovations. I'd say it's one of the best values on the strip, and fantastic location.

Would go Harrah's or Flamingo for cost and location.

The Flamingo has free parking for guests if that's an issue.

Both are great locations. If you plan on walking to Bellagio, Aria etc I would go Bally's. If you're going to walk to Caesars or Wynn then Harra's.

If I had to choose I would go Harrahs. I think it's kept up a little better and not quite as dated.

More than just a renovation - the rooms were done not too long ago. But Caesars just announced today that they're rebranding the casino to Horseshoe Las Vegas. New exterior and a redo of the casino floor. Hope they do away with the flea-market stalls out front.

Also will be the new home of the World Series of Poker starting this year which brings it full circle since it started on Fremont at Binion's Horseshoe (now just Binion's) back in the day.

Agreed. Would love to see them install a brand new sports bar/sportsbook in that space, replacing their current sportsbook which is essentially in the casino basement. I would think a sports bar/sportsbook concept right on the strip with the amount of foot traffic that walks past everyday would absolutely print money.

Harrah's is our go-to because of location, cost and ease of getting onto the strip. Mirage & Caesar's across the street and Venetian & Flamingo 2 doors down in opposite directions.

Bally's is ok but you better stay in the renovated Jubilee rooms. More hassle to get on the strip sidewalk because it's farther back.
