I don't know if this is a Travel, Food and Drink, or Entertainment thread. He took over kitchen at Brasserie les Hailles from Bourdain. Apparently died from cancer. He was on a couple of episodes, one was a Mexico show. He was a pretty young dude.

I'm a big fan of Bourdain and do remember this guy. Too sad.
