Wife and I are pretty much set on making the trip up for the Braun Brothers Reunion in Stanley, Idaho. I'm pushing for flying into Missoula because I think the drive down would be prettier, but I want to do at least 1 day of fly fishing, so I think a guide in that general area would probably be my best bet. If anyone has recommendations on someone that would be good with a fly fishing beginnner (as in VERY recent), I would be very appreciative.

We used a guide from Grizzy Hackle in Missoula, MT (www.grizzlyhackle.com) a few years back. Great experience and beautiful float down Bitteroot River. Highly recommend it.

Appreciate the recommendation. I'm really happy at how this trip is panning out, and I'm really looking forward to some good fishing, and that doesn't even come close to how excited I am about to the Braun Brothers Reunion.
