I was lucky enough to stay at the Ritz Carlton (I wasn't paying for it). I wasn't blown away by it being a Ritz, but definitely enjoyed our stay. If you aren't staying there, the lodge and outdoor area of the hotel is open to anyone on the mountain. So if you're skiing the mountain, definitely check out the live music, smores by the firepit, and overpriced adult beverages.
We went snowmobiling with Nova Guides and loved it. Definitely recommend going out with a guide to ensure you have a safe and great experience.
Didn't get a chance to check out Bachelors Lounge. Its tucked away down a hallway and never seemed to be very busy from the outside walking by.
Oh and if you can swing flying into Vail, do it. So much more convenient than driving from Denver.
Overall loved the mountain/slopes, enjoyed the Ritz, and will go back when I get the chance!
