Hi! We are traveling to Steamboat Springs, CO to ski for the Valentine's weekend. Curious if anyone has been and if they can recommend any restaurants. Looking to spend $10-30 per adult (and we have kids.) We like steaks, chicken, classic American, Italiam, Mexican, etc. Not into fancy places with white linen table clothes. Do enjoy bars with good food. Any suggestions or must tries? Thanks in advance!

I always like going to the 8th Street Steakhouse. It's a casual place where they have a grill for you to cook your own steaks. The kids can have fun making garlic toast on the grill while you do the steaks.

I like Carl's Tavern. They have a good variety of food and a good bar.

From what we've researched, Carl's Tavern looks like a winner. Mazzola's for Italian looks good as well. Not into cooking our own food so no 8th street. Do like a good steak, but want someone else to cook it and don't want a fancy place. Anyone else have recommendations for places to eat?

Carl's tavern was very good. Very strong drinks. Drank lots of buffalo trace and had a nice juicy steak! Any other recommendations?
