I believe the cotton bowl is on Fox in the US, so it may be on the Euro fox sports channel (I know that is usually the way it was when I was in Dubai). But either way, I know other people will know a lot more about this than I will, and will know specific locations.

This is the place to watch NCAA football in London. Just around the corner from Trafalger Square. You may want to call ahead but I can almost guarantee you it will be on.

They still show them even though it is late. Give them a call to make sure but I have done this in the past. Found some other Ags watching there and had a great time.
