I honestly don't mind it. I thought J-Hey and Chas put together two great ABs in the bottom of the 9th. Will it carry over? Who knows, but I don't mind rewarding the effort from yesterday. I do think those two at least have the ability to handle heat better than Jake and Dubon currently.Farmer1906 said:

How about a classy, old-school, mid-90s SI cover? Maybe their best cover ever.AustinCountyAg said:

J-Hey being the largest drop in OF defense.
The biggest advantage is just avoiding the situation that was referenced above earlier in the 5th inning.Beat40 said:I honestly don't mind it. Ummm.. JHey is not the player he once was, but the guy has 5 gold gloves and won Defensive Player of the Year in 2014.Beat40 said:J-Hey being the largest drop in OF defense.Farmer1906 said:

The last GG was in 2017, but the guy is more than serviceable in RF.
4 series that stick out (not including 2019 when Tuck had 12 total ABs in the postseason):W said:

Having Dubon, Meyers and Altuve up in sequence is a recipe for extending a starter another inning
(ignoring the fact the Tigers are going bullpen; this lineup shouldn't be used again...ever)
Yep. All Yuli does is hit.RO519 said:
Wish we had resigned him instead of Abreu...
Or maybe brought him back to platoon with Singleton at 1B.RO519 said:

Absolutely. But he would have been better than what we got out of Abreu.htxag09 said:I love Yuli....agproducer said:Yep. All Yuli does is hit.RO519 said:

But y'all realize he had an OPS of .660 last year (around where he was with us in 2022 and people were screaming for him to be traded) and was released....picked up this year on a minor league contract, right?
I think it's more Manfred and MLB than it is the networks.Mathguy64 said:
I just want to take a moment and once again thank the decision makers at the networks for MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO WATCH MY TEAM PLAY IN THE PLAYOFFS.
