ESPN has been running this along the bottom of their screen saying Tony wants to finish out next year, then represent France in the 2016 Olympics and then retire from basketball for good.

If true, then next year is the definitive end of the Spurs run because both Timmy and Manu are signed through next year as well.

Even though I'm sad to see it end, I think it would be pretty cool to see Pop, Timmy, Tony and Manu all walk off together at the same time.

That would be incredible. Hope for some good players in the 2016 draft.

I thought I saw on the bottom line last night during the Rockets game that his words were "misinterpreted" and he only meant he would be retiring from international basketball and not the NBA?

Oh well. That would be a cool ending, but I guess it doesn't really make sense for him to retire at 32 unless he just doesn't want to play anymore.

He's still got a few good years left in him, no way he is retiring.

Parker has no business retiring unless he just wants to.

Manu, on the other hand...

If Tim, Pop and Manu all retire together, he may want to.

He's retiring from international basketball in 2016. Has nothing to do with the nba.
