Now, he's good, but he's not lowry. I don't understand why they traded him. I figured, since they got rid of dragic, that lowry would be happy to try and earn another big contract

My understanding is its protected two ways. On the high end, Rockets get protection that it won't be outside the lottery. On the low end, well that hasn't been decided. I would guess top 3 protected.

I really am not sure why anyone care's about next year's draft if they are focusing on this pick. With Atlanta tearing up their roster, meaning a playoff spot is open in the east, Toronto is likely making the playoffs next year anyways. My guess is Houston won't be getting pick until 2014 or 2015.

Yeah and Brooklyn is taking that spot, Toronto is not going anywhere next year. That pick is ours.
