Is anybody else having a hard time getting pumped up for this series after the Mavs series?

It appears as though the Spurs team feels this way and I definitely feel this way. I'm sure I will feel differently after about 2 or 3 more Nash flops.

Definitely. Kinda like A&M-Baylor. We mean a ton to them, but they are just another team on the schedule to us. Spurs-Mavs is probably the best rivalry in the league.

The Spurs are clearly going to make Nash work every second he's out there. Not even letting him take the inbounds pass uncontested.

I'm happy it's this close. Spurs are flat and look terrible and the Suns are playing out of their minds and it's a 6 point game.

If SA can hang around, the doubts will start creeping back in the Suns heads.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with this. The Suns were going to come out fired up, the Spurs need to weather the storm and hang around. It's not that important to win this game, but staying in it will be a good sign for the rest of the series.
