what happened to the Gators? they were rock bottom of the SEC

new coach from ms state brought in pretty much a new team, some good pieces. Their lone loss they were up 2-0 but lost 4-3. They seem legit on the offensive side so far, defense will be their weakness but they held it down today. Vastly improved team though from the previous few seasons where they were bottom of the SEC.

The new coach also brought 7 of his players over from Mississippi State.

I have a really funny story about one of those players. My daughter knows her. The social media posts were wildly funny, and a little disturbing during the coaching transition.

Florida coach has been a HC before and had success. He started at a mid-major and then moved to Miss State, which has been garbage for a long time. That's the big difference between someone like him and our coach. We got a guy who's never been a HC and thrown him into the SEC fire. All the more reason I wanted Bell or Lenard at A&M.

Florida also has a TX club/HS legend on their coaching staff in Kerri Hanks. She was an absolute BEAST as a player. No idea how she wasn't a mainstay for the USWNT, except politics

I find it hard to believe that the women's national team, that skipped an entire generation of talent and kept players for 8 years past their prime is political
