Does anyone have any youth catchers gear laying around that they would be willing to let go of? I coach a little league team and the gear they issue us is not useable. The team I am coaching now is an 8U team but I am interested in all youth sizes.

Houston area. Wanted to check here before dealing with the FB Marketplace heathens.

I have a set of catcher's gear (helmet, chest protector, leg guards, mitt, and bag) that's good for the 8-10 year old range that I will give you. It's been used for a few seasons, but works. We used it as team catcher's gear when I was coaching that age. I live in Katy, but work in NW Houston. Shoot me a text at 281-636-4382, if you are interested.

If you're gonna coach for a while, just buy the all star set. Anything second hand is going to have been used for 8 seasons and worn out. I've been using the same set coaching 3 kids, 3 seasons a year.

Edit and just saw you're getting a free set. Awesome.
