Howdy - selling my used Retrax ProMX bedcover. It was on my truck for 4 years. Not in "brand new" shape but still looks great overall. It was on my F350 with the 6'9" bed, but I'm sure it's the exact same model for a 250.
It is lockable. None of these things are completely water tight, but it does a decent job of keeping the water out.

It's currently disassembled but basically comes in three big pieces with a few small mounting brackets and screws. Pretty easy install.
