I would like to sell my 6.5 Grendel long range setup along with 800 rounds of ammo and a number of mags. The upper was built by Precision Firearms and the itemized list of what is in the build is pictured below. I have used this with great success over the past couple of years and am looking to use funds for another build. Comes already dialed in with ammo and Leupold custom turret.

*NOTE* the changes to the itemized list from the build

  • Will not be sold with bi-pod listed.
  • Will include the YHM lower that is not itemized
  • The custom ammo from precision firearms has 50/box (400 total) the hornady SST is 20/box (400+ total)
  • 400 rounds of once fired brass.

Wow.... I'll be that guy. Feel free to cuss me out or report my comment or both. But hoooooly shiiii....

Taking tax out and the bipod off you're offering this at an amazing $163 discount for a multi-year use gun with no round count??? Am I seeing that right? I guess maybe another $300 for the lower? So a $463 discount.

$6,900 gets you a very nice precision bolt gun that will shoot groups half as small as this and with actual alpha glass.

This is going to be a very tough sale, like looking for a unicorn buyer who has $7k and wants a super niche gun. I'd list it everywhere you can if you haven't already.

No problem and no hard feelings. . . Just listing details of what it cost me. The ease of having it all done is nice but if someone is interested they can let me know what they would feel it is worth. I am not a gun value expert just trying to be open about what I have and what it costs.

I have built multiple rifles like the bolt ones you reference and agree they are great!

Feel free to let me know what you think it is worth since you seem to have your finger on the pulse of the market.

Interested in the mags and ammo if you will sell them separately? I build 6.5 Grendels for long range shooting so I get the high prices on components. Might add an image of a 5 shot group at a long distance to show the capabilities.
