We have owned this coach for 3-4 years and put about 20k miles on it. We remodeled the bedroom and living area and added bunks. We have done a ton of maintenance on it and she is ready for more adventure.

2005 Fleetwood Bounder 38N w/ a Cat C7 (300HP) and an Allison transmission. 63K miles. 3 slides

-New tires
-New windshield
-New floors
-Newish TVs
-House fridge
-Bunks
-New toilet
-All new batteries within the last year.
-Coolant, oil, fuel filters all up to date
-Had a shop repair the dash A/C and heat recently. It all works.

This is a 20 year old coach with the perfect amount of miles. Enough to keep it up on maintenance but not too many. It is not perfect at all, so if you are looking for perfection, you'll need to spend a little bit more. I put new floors in it last year when I built the bunks. The new floors on the drivers side are slightly scratched up from the slide. The front cap has some slight damage on the lower drivers side that gets completely covered by a front bra. The shower has not been redone, so its still dated brass, but it all functions as it should

You need to have some mechanical ability and understand that these things require some work. This shouldn't really be your first RV. This one has been sorted very well, but it's still a 20yr old box on wheels

It has a tow hitch, so you can pull a trailer like we did, or flat tow your toad. I added a nice Redarc brake controller on the dash.

Engine brake will put you thru the windshield. Not really needed on any Texas trips, but it is a must in the mountains.

Best case 9-10, towing 6-7mpg. I think it is an 80 gallon fuel tank.

Rear camera works as it should and has been updated to color instead of the original black/white.

Sun shades up front all work

Remote keyless entry

Water heater works great. You can take normal length showers.

2 rooftops A/Cs I think they are 13,500s. No issues.

Combo washer/dryer.

The roof is original. It has a small soft spot up front where an old satellite used to go. Not worth the headache involved to replace the roof at all at this point The roof has had regular caulking touchups over the years.

Jacks work as they should. Slides work as they should. Propane works as it should and will run the stove. water heater, furnace.

The light blue paint is in great shape and really sets its apart from all of the other grey/beige coaches out there. The white parts look good from 20', but has the typical staining you see on older campers. It's really not that bad, but I know Class A buyers can be a little particular about these things, so that's why I mention it. Some of the graphics have some checking, but I have seen alot worse. I am underselling it, the coach does look good.

Generator was serviced by me a few years ago. It works great.

Located in Georgetown, TX. Looking to get into something smaller for now. Message me here or via PM
