I have 2 Trijicon Reap IR 35mm rifle scopes I'd like to get sold. One of the scopes is a 1st Gen and the other is a 2nd Gen.
I have battery eliminators for both units and a USB cable that connects to the power supply so you can add an exterior battery source. I mounted a scope ring to the picatinny rail on the top of the scopes and then used a cylinder-shaped battery source. It will power the units for a very long time keeping you from having to trade out batteries.
The IR Reaps are a picatinny rail mount. I found them best suited for use on AR platforms but I have also mounted them to bolt action guns and used them just as well. Each unit can be zeroed for multiple guns with the settings saved for that specific rifle so you don't have to site in all the time.

NOTE: On the Gen 1 unit, I made a small grind channel on the battery compartment so that the cable that supplies external power could easily be kept in place when the battery compartment is screwed close.
I purchased the Gen 2 Unit new and purchased the Gen 1 unit from the original owner. These scopes went for $7K to $8K when they were new. The gens that I have are now discontinued as Trijicon continues to come out with newer models. I have searched as well as I know to and found a new Gen-2 for sale on eBay @ $6,250.

I'm a little in the dark as to what to ask for each unit. The Gen 1 is out of warranty and I am checking on the Gen 2 Unit from Trijicon. Either way, Trijicon continues to offer repair services for out of warranty items at a reasonable cost. Neither unit has given me any problems. I am going to throw out a price and see where it goes. If anyone is really interested, I'll be happy to hear what you think they are worth and if it's reasonable, I'm sure we can get to an agreement.
Gen 1 Unit: $4,000
Gen 2 Unit: $4,500
If you'd like to buy both, I'll start at a combined price of $8,000.
Again, I'm not throwing these prices out to try to take advantage of someone. If anyone knows a better way to figure out a decent price, let me know. I just want to sell them for a fair price. I'll try to check back on this post regularly, but if you're seriously interested, send me a private message and we will visit.
