Have 45 self contained LED 4k recessed can lights. Used in our new construction house then wife wanted to change to 3k. Sell for 12-15 each, how about $200 for the lot?

Can send pics if needed. Installed and uninstalled with minimal usage at all!

It was new construction so no old can to screw into. I'm not sure how they install but these were fresh install on a new construction.

I'll get tape on the lights tonight. They are your typical can light size.

They appear to screw in to a socket from the photo so maybe they can be used for either. I actually need about 30 so I am very interested.

Those are LED trim kits/lights that install into a can.

Yep. The thin metal wires go up and latch into slots in the can to hold the light in place.
