Please post your definition of a "cord" of wood. The historical definition is a "stack of wood 8feet long, 4 foot high and 4 foot wide"

I apologize for my comment. Our cord of wood is 4x4x8 feet stacked. It's about 128 cubic feet. We usually deliver between 600-800 pieces of wood in a cord. I hope this helps.

I understood your response we are all sometimes pissy after a long days work and maybe having to deal with people all day or employees

I still believe you are the best and probably deliver more wood than most for a cord because your old school

I have an old school wood rack that's pipe, needs rust grunded off and repainted. But...its exposed. What's the best method for cover to avoid it just rotting? Build a top "shed roof"?

Space is about 8' long, 5' high and a single stack deep.

Try placing bricks under the pipe so it's not touching the ground. Then use a tarp to cover the pipe and wood or build a closed in area to protect it all.
