We bought it as open item* on July 15, 2022, never installed it once it was discovered we had gas under our stovetop. We bought a gas range and now we are looking to sell this. We also purchased a 5 year transferrable Geek Squad protection, that's good until July 2027.

*This item was/is labeled as having scratches and was also labeled as "excellent condition". There are a couple of very minor superficial scratches, and I will email pics to anyone that requests them. We are looking to recoup what we paid and I can meet up with you or deliver almost anywhere (within reason) in the DFW area.

Very interested as we have the same stove top and love it but I broke it dropping a cast iron on the top of it. Replaced the glass but it's never quite been right since. Only catch is we are in CS.

My induction stove top went out and I almost did the same thing - but I looked underneath first, saw gas and went that route.

Let this be a lesson to all - before you save a little money buying that open box item at Best Buy, be DAMN sure you'll never want to return it.

OP - props to you for not damaging it then trying to return it because it was "faulty". EDIT - just saw you bought extended warranty and thus that scam wouldn't work.
