it doesnt appear to have a receiver hitch mount so most likely would need to be modified......unless this kind hangs off the tail gate. if thats the case then it would probably only work on a side x side. that being said i think you have it a little overpriced. good luck with the sale

This almost looks like it was fabricated to slide in the slots on the bed of a ranger, which would explain the lack of hitch option.

found a random pic of one.......looks like they also came with the receiver mounting system.....although that may be something that is extra. That being said if I were selling whats pictured above I would start at $75 and go from there.
