We will have this unit moved to your property! The Kanga Kwik Room is and affordable and quick way to add space to your property. The Kwik Room makes the perfect backyard office, modern tiny house, or studio and is your best solution to getting the space you need!

The total building size is 10 x 18 which includes a 10 X 12 interior and 6 by 10 covered (super cute) porch. The front entry includes 36'' Fiberglass Door with Full Lite Glass, It has a Triple Window on one side and a Transom Window around the top, 3 36 x 36 casement windows as shown on the floor plan. The ceiling is Pine T&G R19 with Lap Siding, Entry Steps and cedar accents. You can finish it out however you like, it is currently wired for a ceiling fan but all other electric including connections will need to be done. Air Conditioner unit not included.

A nosy neighbor with nothing better to do than complain decided they didn't like my beautiful tiny room and complained to the City of Austin. As it turns out the building was in violation by a few inches. Not because of the building itself but because of the way my property lines are drawn. My loss is your gain, I have to move the building. I paid $17,500 for the building and waited 12 weeks. You can have it for $2,500 less and much sooner! Kangaroom did a great job on the install, check out their website. https://www.kangaroomsystems.com/backyard-offices/modern-kwik-rooms/modern-kwik-room-backyard-office-studio/

Pictures are actual pictures of the building.

Is it insulated? We just got a contract on a house with no study space so I'm looking at ways to give myself a home office.

I'm not your buyer but I'm just curious about the construction on it. Right now I'm looking at building something in the barn or retrofitting a walk in attic.

just curious...whats the benefit of this vs a Tuff Shed with a window unit which would be like $3000 tops? Aesthetics?

I'm 27 and I just put a good chunk of my money into buying 10 acres in Hamilton, TX. I want to get some sort of use out of it until I'm ready to build something nice someday. There's no building restrictions or even building permits required. This might be exactly what I need. If it's still available and could come out to Hamilton send me a message.
