*Listing for a good friend who is c/o 2007*
Description
Fairly low mileage, LQ9 LS swapped late model GMT400 4x4. This truck had been my daily driver for about 2 years, but I have a new work truck and no real time or storage space for a toy.
The original swap was done at about 87k on the odo:
Custom Cammed 6 liter LQ9 LS1
4L80e
Pacesetter long tube headers with a custom Magnaflow exhaust (sounds incredible)
Custom Current Performance wiring harness
correct 4 core LS radiator with monstrous 1500cfm Flex-a-Lite electric fans
Custom carbon intake with Flowmaster filter
Correct ECU for the LS1
Hydro-boost brake master cylinder
Pat G Dyno Tune
Since I've had it the truck has a new battery, new shocks, idler and pitman arm, replaced the under hood a/c components (compressor, dryer, hoses, seals), and added a Tekonsha P3 trailer brake. I have a full set of Moog tie rods and ball joints I ordered and wound up not having to use yet. The truck runs great, never had any overheating issues. A few dings, but otherwise straight and rust free. There's a small leak in the a/c accumulator that I haven't gotten around to fixing, but it blows plenty cold. The biggest quirk of the swap is the gauge cluster. of which some gauges work and others do not. I've been using an wi-fi ODBII scanner for digital gauges on my phone, and will be happy to keep said scanner with the truck. Been a reliable daily driver, but now sees little use, time to find a new home.
