I'll be in San Diego the 26th through the 29th. Besides the game what are some suggestions for must see/do places/activities in San Diego? I have done some research but I thought I would ask the advice of TexAgs.

USS Midway is awesome. When I toured, the Reagan was in port across the bay along with the Nimitz.

The beach, gaslamp district, pacific beach, mission beach, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, zoo, etc.

If you are downtown, take the Coronado ferry. When you get over there, take the street trolley down to the Hotel Del Coronado. Tour the hotel and check it out, then walk back along the main road to some of the shops, there are a few of them that rent bikes. Rent a bike and ride around Coronado. There are some nice houses and views you can see by getting off of the main street. They give you the beach crusier bikes so it is an easy ride.

zoo, USS Midway, La Jolla(everything there is fun), wild animal park, Theres a decient art museum and air&space museum, whale watching, point loma & cabrizzo monument, seaworld of course, there also a carshow in town this week

There are also harbor cruises that leave from the dock downtown that give you a nice view of the San Diego Skyline on the one side, and takes you alongside the A/C Carriers moored along North Island.

Go to Old Town. Find a Mexican restaurant that serves margaritas with Grand Marnier in them. Drink 4 of those. Then carry on your way with a happy feeling.

If you go down there hit the Old Town Mexican Cafe and order the Carnitas plate, and break from your Tex-Mex inclinations and order the corn tortillas not the flour with them.
