That place rocked in the 80's when Donnie and Cheryl Anz owned it.

I can still taste those Manske Rolls.

I didn't eat there much, but when I did, it was pretty good.

Everytime I left there I felt pretty disapointed.

At one time it was good.

I ate there after games last year...it was still great....

plus, it was never crowded and the A/C was always cranked up

Used to eat there all the time for lunch. As stated, nobody there, cold AC, etc. The owners wife always waited on us and was very friendly.
Owner of the property booted them with only three weeks notice and no option to pay higher rent...the story according to her. Seems like a bad deal but that was only one side of the story. She said they were going to take a month or so off and relocate in Bryan somewhere by the courthouse. Live in that genereal area and keep an eye out, but have not seen anything.

I haven't seen anything, lived here almost all my life. And honestly never really liked the place.

my aunt/uncle owned it back in the days of the Handi Burger. The fountain was bueno from what i hear.

We used to go there every monday night for a milkshake.

Ate a few meals there, nothing spectacular.

They've taken more than a month off. It was closed in late April when we tried to have breakfast there one weekend.

It wasn't a spectacular place, but it wasn't bad either. What are they doing with the old location? I assume the landlord/owner has bigger plans for the site?

It was known as the 'sl-t hut as well as the "greasy d--k". A guy actually went there to cash a check once and, not knowing the real name, made it out to the "greasy d--k".

It's the place where the cooks come out of the bathroom while the toilet/urinal is still flushing. I think they have a world record in timed hand-washing, because surely they wouldn't actually go to the bathroom and not wash their hands...
