My buddy was the one Aggie in a family of Longhorns and t-shirt sips. They knew me since I was a kid. That was the one time they did anything obnoxious.

If I remember correctly BU made shirts after the game 35-34

I was there. They ran the same curl route seven times during the last 2 drives and we never covered it. As soon as the game ended an 80 something Baylor Grandma came over to the Aggie Section and said, "F#*@ You Aggies". Classy.

I was there. As soon as they lined up for two I told my brother let's gets out of here cause there is 100% chance we just lost. We couldn't stop them with six extra guys on d that night. Absolute garbage. Drove back home in total silence. Damn just reading this thread gets me so pissed again.

Well, 45 years ago yesterday was the day that the saber was pulled on the smu cheerleader. That could have been a real Halloween horror.

Everything about that game sucked. The parking situation sucked. The line for the little two-man ticket booth they had (because they were used to 2A high school crowds at Floyd Casey) sucked. Getting beat sucked. A lot of sucking that night.

Baylor won in '85 and then went 2-23-1 until the series ended. Same record we had against the sips from the National Championship through my senior year in high school.

I was there and had no problems with their fans. One even pointed out I dropped a twenty in the ground. Game sucked pretty bad though.

Funny how many of us were in the student section, I was there with a group that got free tickets from Baylor students.

I was an eyewitness to that fiasco. That could have really gone bad. Funny thing is I was working at a radio station at the time, and we all came home and went to a Halloween promotion at a client's nightclub. It was out there close to Southwest High School. My female sales manager got drunk and that turned into real horror show.

I listened to it on the radio. Baylor was so bad during that time period that they would give away tickets at the gas station. I think we beat them by 5-6 TDs every year I was at A&M from 00-04. Literally, a given win every year. That loss was like losing to App State.

That was my freshman year. The game wasn't on TV, and I didn't listen to it on the radio because I thought it was a sure thing. This was the first wtf loss I ever experienced as an Aggie.

One of the darkest days of my Aggie football life.

Baylor was FAR better during that period than we were during our drought against the sips/everyone else. Between '86 and 2011, Baylor had 2 9/10-win seasons, went to at least 6 bowl games, and only won 1 or 2 games a year 4 times.

Meanwhile, between 1941 and 1967, we won 8 games one year and 9 games another. We won 0 or 1 game 5 times. Sad, but true.

When Teaff was at Baylor, they were a legit conference threat. Not every year, but you never knew when. They made a huge mistake in firing Chuck Reedy, Teaff's successor. Reedy wasn't getting them any place fast, but 5-7 wins a year was better than what they would get for a while. That brought in a whole host of characters that struggled to get to .333. Then, they decided the hell with it -- they'd bring in Art Briles and just look the other way.

Everyone knows the rest.

I remember a dark night in Kyle field during the teaff era with rain coming down in sheets and their running back gashing us like sh*t through a goose. It was like Halloween on steroids

Listened to the end of that game in a Best Buy parking lot where I had to pull over because I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

I distinctly remember Dave South's call on Baylor's winning pass in OT: "Thrown…caught…Baylor wins, I never thought I'd see the day."

The game probably wasn't televised. I don't remember because I was there watching it live. Sad day indeed
