If Elko thinks this way, then he needs to do the right thing and move out of the way. we deserve a head coach who puts a good product in the field, who can make hard decisions and manage the team the way it should be.

Yeah, if you're not giving us the best product you believe, then forfeit any buyout if we come to that crossroad next year? None of us want to go there, but if it's inevitable, we'll accept that.

But every team is paying players now. That can't be the reason we suck. I think we all know the problems with this team. Bad QB, inexperienced OC, miss on evaluation and/or attracting the players from the portal, ultimately just a bunch of bad decisions by Elko.
He's not changing anything. He's not doing anything different except going back to what is comfortable.

I saw QB1 and QB2 sitting on the sideline laughing together late in the game with us behind.
Evidently the palyers aren't getting the proper motivational drills in practice.
I never got to play in the SEC, but when I did play I was not happy if it looked like we were going to lose a game.
I knew we would be in full pads on Monday and it was going to be a tough week of practice.

Not gonna happen. Getting banned is something I try to avoid currently. You are more than welcome to inquire via the msg/chat function. If the "rambling" has served a good purpose, it's simply triggering some cerebral activity. Which is key moving forward regarding this project.

Then ****ing bench Reed and show us some change. He's got 8 passing TD's and 8 INT's for the season. Look at conference play and he's got 2 passing TD's and 7 INT's. He is without question the worst QB in the SEC and one of the worst in all of CFB.
The BMA's have got to be getting really tired of throwing out their BMA $$$$$$$'s and the only thing they get in return is depreciation on their investment.........and a jar of vasoline.

Deep down, I've want believe that Elko is a honest human being. And of all the coaches we have had over the last 13 years, he seems the most legit BUT what I can't defend is a team who quits and stubborness (which ironically him going against made me like him so much to begin with) that has shown itself in this team and his irrational commitment to Marcel.

If Saban were running this team, you better believe he'd be tearing into Reed and chewing out Lamont Rogers after those plays. Plus, our safeties are killing us; we desperately need guys back there who can actually make an open-field tackle
